Finally, my exchange student plan is success ! HAHAHAHA.

But i'm not live in host family there, and not exchange student at all.

This is because due to the cheap flight ticket, Susan and me need go earlier and extend one more week :)

They are going to ShenZhen at the first 2 days, but for us, just stay at hong kong.

I think my friends all are going to say, what hong kong again ? haha.

I think I got fate with it, some of my cousins and my aunts still live at there.

School group's date : 17th December to 26th December,

My date: 16th December to 4th January. 3weeks man !!!!!

So Im staying there for christmas and new year.

I think I will miss my mum :(

Did many things on 20th & 21st November.
It was Michelle's birthday on 20th of November.
I had went to cut hair then tuition. After that, zhu zai picked us to City Mall.
We played a things that we didnt play for long time.
Many passers-by looked at us 'cos how would so many teenagers still playing such of this thing huh ?
Me, Baauling, Han, Sucy, ZhuZai, Michelle and Wen !
We played for many pieces. Lol
We waited for Lydia meet us then go centre together.
We had our dinner at Yu Kee Bak Kut Teh :)
After that, we walked to Wisma merdeka to shop and went to Hyatt to buy ice-cream.
Then, we went back to centre to watch A Christmas Carol, what a boring movie but
it has a nice christmas feel, I'm so looking forward for christmas now.
After movie and went up to the car, we celebrated michelle's birthday in the car which still parking in the parking lot.
We were so bored that time, we went to outside of kenneth hiew's house and lied him that we had a car accident at outside of his house.
Then we went to many scary places, my gosh, i was so scared.
Finally, zhuzai sent us back one by one and nite

21st of November,
I went to school for house meeting, orientation class briefing.
How pity are us, we need sit for SPM but also busy for sport day thing.
Next Thursday will be the first meeting with orientation class student.
We need to join a cross country on 20th of December, my gosh.
Luckily Han havent book the airplane ticket, cos Im not able to go HK with her.
nevermind, next year March I will go. HAHAHA
After that, ZhuZai fetched Jordan and Heng then picked us at school.
We went to Damai but at last was went to Bukit Padang.
And we went to Lintas Supermarket, we bought spray and sprayed Michelle.

I'm currently watching a new korean drama which name LADY CASTLE.

The main actress is Yoon Eun Hye. This drama got a bit like Boys over Flower, the house,plane, clothes and cars.

It is a story about 3 daughters and the inheritance left by their father. Their lifestyle is disrupted after a poor man disguises himself as a housekeeper/manager of a rich house with an eye on the family’s hidden slush fund. He falls in love with the haughty second daughter (of three), Noh Yura, played by Yoon Eun Hye. Noh Yura is a lady who possesses a goddess-like beauty. She is strong-headed, selfish and the world revolves around her, where all things must go her way. I brought my mini laptop to school for doing my club stuff.

This week all art stream people are busying for their projects.
Lola finally finally finally get her driving license.
We looked for her license for 3 months I think. HAHA
We no need to worry about transport problem anymore when out.
But I live at not far and not near from her house, I need to use 7 to 10 minutes
from my house to her house.

This is because we're tired to carry many books to school everyday.

Miss Joie, finally updated my blog. She said my blog's been dying lately and I can burn this blog. The latest news is till now, I'm still sick la. But I knew the best things through sick. The best way the destroyed the fat oil is SICK. Finally, the 3kg fat oil in my body was removed successfully.

I'm currently watching the Astro Wah Lai Toi Awards'08. Shit. Linda Chung really looks pretty and like a princess. By the way, many tests are coming soon. Russia's Kseniya Sukhinova won the Miss World 2008 crown on Saturday in a glittering African-themed pageant where she outshone 108 other international beauties and pledged to "help people."

"And Miss World 2008 is Russia," announced Julia Morley, head of the Miss World committee that organises the event.
The second runner up was Gabrielle Walcott of Trinidad and Tobago and the first runner up Parvathay Omanakuttan of India.
The 21-year-old blue-eyed blonde beauty, who declared shortly before her win was announced that being nervous made her "feel stronger," takes over from Zhang Zi Lin of China to become the 58th Miss World.
"I think I can help people and I want to help people and today if I walk away with this crown I will do that," Sukhinova told judges through a translator after being asked why she should be crowned the winner.
Hailing from Nizhnevartovsk in the north west of Siberia, Sukhinova was dressed in a purple gown, with a decorative neckline and flowing skirt.
She is a student pursuing an engineering degree from the Tyumen Oil and Gas University.
Sukhinova becomes the second Miss Russia to win the global event after Julia Kourochkina took the crown in 1992.
India's Omanakuttan wooed the crowd by greeting them in the Afrikaans language, spoken by many in South Africa. She also referred to heroes such as Mahatma Ghandi and South Africa's first black president Nelson Mandela, who was quoted by Trinidad and Tobago's Walcott as well.

At noon, i went to Lido for brunch with my mum and brother. After that, went to Le Meridien because we want to go there for education fair. I met Bayau with his parent.

And i went home. My little cousin came my house. Oh My God. In the family Lee, the kids that we most scare is HER. We gave her a nickname, STITCH. But her mum treat us very good, so cant bully her.She touched all my things. Sigh. YAH ! Finally, she saw my mini ATM, AND it's broken because of her stupid hands. I damn sad la now. RM30++, need buy 1 more but i dont whether still got stock or not la. Luckily, I dated with Joie them, so although she want to stay at my house, but i cant accompany her, so she gone. =) After bath, i told my mum that i want to buy chocolate almond cookies ingredients. That's Christmas Gift for Joie, Lola, Federick and my cousins. Haha. I know how to decorate it. WOOH ! But my mum asked me to buy these tomorrow. I'm going to bake this Christmas Cookies on Monday. Stupid Joie going to KL this Tuesday, so i need to send it to her house on Monday night.

Around 6:30pm, i went to Lido again. Buy Eggs. I reached Damai Upperstar at 6:45pm, didnt meet Joie yet. She said she need to fetch Lola and asked to take a seat first, i chosed a table that beside the computer. 10minutes later, i realised that i didnt bring money. Luckily my mum still buying things at consfood, so she went to upperstar and give me the money. I went back to the seat and wait for Joie. I keep calling Joie, then Joie said that Lola's dad locked the door, so she cant out. So pity.

Then, finally Joie reached. We ordered lamp chop, sirloin steak, ice lemon tea, watermelon juice, thin margherita and 2 apple danish. When we eating, the Joie chat with my friend. They was talking about a ppl who Joie admire. HAHA. (Joie, Dont beat me when you see this =P) And then, while we waiting for our dessert, Kou came to join us. He ordered thin margherita and ice blended mocha.

The sub total is RM91.20, add the service tax and government tax 13.68 so the total amount is RM104.88. The time is around 10pm, and we went home.

MY MUM IS BACK !

My mum is back from outstation. She went to HongKong ShenZhen and GuangZhou. The Malaysia Tourism Board organized fair at there. She said the weather of ShenZhen and GuangZhou become more low. Quite cold. Suuper Good !!! I didnt go for a winter vacation long time. The last time i think is at Taiwan, four or five years ago. This is because everytime we go travel is want to shopping, if go travel at winter, hard to buy clothes. I think my mum went outstation in this year not less than five times. Everytime need go many places. So she need to do a lots of visa. Seriously, she can change a passport in two years. This time, she spent more time at GuangZhou. The things at GuangZhou super cheap so she bought a lots of useless thing (HAHA). FOR NOW, The place have best quality things sure is Hong Kong next is GuangZhou and ShenZhen. For the price, the best is GuangZhou and next is Hong Kong and ShenZhen. Actually, HongKong stuffs cheap also, just only didnt have those discount. If you want to buy famous brand things, it's cheap at Hong Kong

(not really cheap at all, cz for famous thing sure got a bit expensive). My mum bought 4 pairs of shoes. I'm in love with the two pairs of heels. My house got lots of heels already. HAHA.

Reasonable Diet
Why? Because the party season is ahead and you have to have your treats. We all know that now is not the time of year to put yourself on a Spartan eating plan.When you seriously deprive your body of what it needs, it goes into survival mode and uses up less energy, and as soon as you start eating again, it stocks up fat ready for more deprivation. This is what's known as the yo-yo effect! If you only eat soup and yoghurt for a fortnight, you can imagine the shock your body will get when you start gorging yourself with turkey, chocolate, Christmas pudding and mince pies, and you'll only end up putting on more weight after all that starvation. How? No food groups are cut out: you can eat everything but in reasonable quantities, with limited fat and sugar. This lowers your daily calorie intake to around 1,200 - 1,300 calories, which is 600 less than the average requirements for women. This diet results in gradual weight loss and doesn't leave you hungry, shattered or grumpy.

Energising Diet
Why? Just take a look of the window: it's grey, cold and damp. Viruses and germs lurk in the office, that end-of-year feeling of tiredness begins to set in...in short, now's not the time to impose deficits on your body. In winter, more than in any other season, our bodies need vitamins (C, A and E particularly), as well as minerals and trace elements (magnesium, iron, calcium and copper) we need to cope with the ravages of winter.How? The best sources of vtamins, minerals and trace elements are fruit and vegetables, in all forms. They're also low-calorie foods, so get stuck in! For 2 weeks, you're not going to deprive yourself, even if it means exceeding your recommended fruit and veg quota (5 portions per day, or around 400g - 600g). On this diet, you eat a piece of fruit with every meal, including breakfast, and as much veg as you like (cooked without fat) at lunch and dinnertime.

Filling, satiating diet
Why? We're in the middle of winter, we spend most of our time indoors, and unfortunately this makes us want to snack more throughout the day. So this is not a good time of year to significantly reduce the size of your meals, otherwise you won't be able to handle the shock and you'll end up giving in to the mid-afternoon munchies.How? First things first: don't cut starch (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, quinoa, cereals, etc) out of your diet. They're rich in complex carbohydrates which slowly release energy into the system, giving you a long-lasting feeling of fullness and staving off hunger pangs in between meals. In order to keep you going throughout the day, this plan recommends starch at breakfast and lunch (around 200g cooked for pasta, rice, quinoa etc). On the other hand, don't eat starch in the evening before going to bed, in order to lower your overall daily energy intake.

Enjoy diet
Why? Don't you find winter a bit depressing at times? If, on top of that, you deprive yourself of enjoying your food, how is that going to leave you feeling? More seriously, fad dieting on nothing but green beans and steamed fish right is nothing short of a recipe for disaster: you'll not lose weight properly, and in the worst case you might well put 2 kilos back on when the party season sets in and you allow yourself that well-deserved pig-out. Your body won't be prepared for it and will react by piling on weight.How? This plan is all about variety: a starter, main and dessert at each meal, fish and meat, all sorts of fruit and vegetables, various starchy foods, and a different type of breakfast every day. And, most importantly, it includes more rewarding meals on Saturdays and Sundays so you can enjoy yourself at the weekend (without ruining the effort you put in in the week, of course!). The recipes are simple but original.

Activity, sport and diet
Why? There's no point in reducing your calorie intake if you don't do regular, moderate exercise alongside it. Exercise burns calories, and facilitates slimming in a big way. On top of that, it strengthens your body and makes you at one with your bod, which is essential when you want to feel beautiful!How? We're not talking about running for 2 hours in the cold and dark if you're not the sporty type! Instead, look into increasing the amount of time you spend walking (home-office-home route, shopping, walking the dog, taking the kids to the park, etc.) and give up using lifts and escalators. You could even start thinking about joining a gym, or at least get clued up about membership packages for after Christmas when you're armed with good resolutions and full of energy after the holidays!

Breakfast
Whether you're on a diet or not, every day should start with a good breakfast. It's essential to end the overnight fast, let your body replenish its store of nutrients and prevent hunger pangs and snacking later on in the day.-1 piece of fresh fruit or portion of freshly-squeezed fruit juice for vitamins, minerals and fibre.-1 helping of low-fat dairy produce (fromage frais, milk or yoghurt) for calcium and protein.-A small amount of cereals (breakfast cereal with no added sugar, rusks, bread or semolina) for slow-release carbs and B vitamins.-A few grams of fat (butter) for fatty acids. -1 hot drink for hydration.

Slimming Lunch
Lunch is an essential meal for giving you strength to get through the rest of the day. It should be substantial, balanced and filling to prevent afternoon snacking. Eat a good lunch and you won't need to gorge at dinner time. -1 starter consisting of vegetables or salad (lightly seasoned) and/or lean protein -1 dish combining 1 piece of lean meat (130 to 150g) or fish (170 to 200g), a portion (200g cooked) of starchy foods (pasta, rice, quinoa, semolina etc) and vegetables -1 dairy product such as fromage frais, a cream dessert, a yoghurt, etc) -1 piece of fruit, natural or cooked (in the oven, in a mousse or compote, baked in tin foil etc.)

Light Diet Dinner
Because it comes before night time, the period with the least activity, dinner is kept light on this diet. Nevertheless, it's important to maintain the starter/main/dessert structure in order to fill you up, even with low-calorie foods, and to provide your body with a balanced diet. -1 starter, preferably veg-based (soup, for example) -1 main with plenty of protein (50 - 100g) such as a slice of ham or an egg, plus vegetables-1 dairy product (fromage frais, yoghurt, etc). -1 piece of fruit either raw or puréed, in a mousse, baked in foil, etc.

I'm really feel so confused now. Yesterday and Today happened many things that canmake me feel sad. Who is the one that i should trust ? You said many type of stories and we're getting tired to you. We treat you as a good friend but why you need to say so many stories ? I'm not try to say anything, just want to ask you WHY ? And the one that hate me I really want to ask you what happened on that day. Can I ask you ?
